2007.5 1500 HVAC bulb size?

2007.5 1500 HVAC bulb size?
Well this is embarrassing. While checking the status of my bulbs for my HVAC i lost all 3 bulbs. They were totally black on the tip of the plastic tho and the glass was silvery so they were going anyways. Is it NEO 3 or NEO 5? They are 100% not B8.5 i can say that much when I took them out.
