Default Turn signals slow after AlfaOBD with key on.

I swear this never ends this truck. So i got AlfaOBD and adjusted the speedometer so it's within 1MPH. I also enabled fogs to make sure that I got power at the connector as I have parts for that coming soon and I disabled the fog lights. Now the turn signals with the key on (Aka when you need them) is at about half speed i'd estimate. On 1 second and off 1 second give or take. With the key off it's the normal speed.

From what i've told smarty's do this as well and it goes away after awhile for some reason and they change the tire size as well so i highly doubt this is fog related and its the tire size (245/70/R17 stock and changed to around 285/70/R18). I mostly just want a 2nd opinion on this. If you have a smarty as opposed to AlfaOBD like me your opinion is still valid as they change the same computer value.

An update to this because we all have seen a forum post about an issue and the solution is never posted. For me as of right now the turn signals have returned to normal speed.

This includes after another electrical system crash tho that might be related to the fact that my battery terminals need acid pads replaced and cleaning which i'll be doing soon. If you have symptoms like I did wait a day and see what happens, I park with my IOD fuse off however so that might be a factor.
