Default 03 ram2500 shaking while driving.

ok so I have noticed that I feel EVERY little bump in the road as of late and the truck violently shakes when I encounter any type of bump pothole ect. this is not a death wobble but it's more so like something is worn out. as of last year I replaced the ball joints upper and lower put the frame brace on steering damper ect.. could this be worn out wheel bearings? also what are some signs that the wheel bearings are going out as I have noticed the tires seem to be cambered in at the top (top of tire leaning in towards motor). thanks for the help in advance.

Bad wheel bearings will make a growling or squeaking noise that changes with speed.
Are you sure that your tires are good?
I recommend you check the entire steering linkage for play. You will need the truck off of the ground and on a lift or jackstands. Have someone work the front tires from the 3 and 9 position. If you have play, look from underneath and isolate the location.
Have someone work the tires from the 12 and 6 position and check for play. You should have no play in the ball joints, so any play is wheel bearing.
Don't rule out bad ball joints. Many confusing problems turn out to be caused by new parts.

This almost makes me want to think that either the suspension is going out in the rear or somehow... the axle shafts have play in them based on what i've seen happen to some jeeps? (different brand but same overall maker) but I think you should get the rear suspension looked at. Jack the rear up and move it around and see how it behaves and report back to us.

I have no play in the rear suspension to be honest the shocks themselves look to be fairly new all around. at all and leaf springs have no cracks ect. I'm so confused on this thing.

I wonder if your suspension mounts are bent.

Are they just rust coated or are we talking high quality USDA certified swiss cheese.

bottom one is rusted threw completely on the one side... I think it's just time to tear the whole front and rear end apart and start with new parts everywhere... the whole truck looks like swiss cheese with rust lol.
