umm... If i remember...
Jack up your rear end. Put a pan under your rear end. Unbolt all the bolts except the top two... watch your fluid drain. Unbolt the last two bolts. Scrape off your "gasket". Put on gasket maker. Bolt on your new cover. Open up the fill hole. Add fluid and friction modifier (as required). Replace fill hole cover.

Bolt on your new cover. Open up the fill hole. Add fluid and friction modifier (as required). Replace fill hole cover.
