Hi everyone. I have a problem with my headlights. First off, I have an 02 Ram 1500 SLT with a 4.7L rear wheel drive. My issue is that my headlights won't turn on but the brights will. I can do most things on a truck or car but the electrical is always been my downfall even though I'm an electrician. Go figure. I'm getting 12v both wires on the passenger side and 11v both wires on the driver's side. Doesn't matter if I have the brights or the regular headlamps on I'm getting a hot signal from both terminals. Feel like a short to me but why is it only the brights that work? Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
