So I ended up installing a new TPS. That didn't do the trick. So I delved into it and got a new Overdrive Solenoid.

Beforehand, my 70 mph cruising rpms would average about 2k. NOW, after the new solenoid, I have no more throttle bounce, but my cruising rpms are now like 2300/2400. Much better throttle response for sure and its steady. No more bouncing. And I know overdrive activates because I turned it off going about 65 and it jumped up rpms, turned it back on and it dropped back down.

So my concern is that now it isn't cruising at as low of an rpm as before. Is that a problem/has a new issue occurred?
