Default how to fix my 2004 Ram 4x4 QC 5.7L

Hello every one,
I had purchased 04 Ram SLT QC 5.7 ; 103000 miles with some issues:
1.- serpentine belt ( replaced on day first )
2.- O ring @ timing chain cover ( replaced day after )
3.- water pump ( next week )
4.- radiator ( next week )
5.- spark plugs ( checked and adjusted - all good )
6.- check engine ON @ 30 miles after purchase, DTC P0404 EGR valve, cleaned valve and tube, TB cleaned as much as I can reach, reset code ( was red color frame @ scanner ). Since than every 30 - 35 miles check engine light went ON. After every refill on traffic light stop ( after 30 - 60 seconds engine shot off ), fixed vacuum and fuel leak @ fuel tank tubes and no more shot off @ traffic light stops and DTC P0404 become blue colored frame @ scanner and check engine still continue to show every 30-35 miles after code reset.
Engine running great @ close to 700 rpm, voltage measured by scanner show 4.29 V and with engine running on stethoscope I do not hear any "click", new EGR coming next week.
I'm not professional car mechanic, big enthusiast - YES and willing to learn as much as possible ( this is my first truck and I know very little about them)
All recommendation and suggestions are greatly appreciated, I'm retired and like learning.
Do not be surprised about my first truck, born in Europe and never have needs for something that big.
Thank you all ....
