Default 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Electrical Problem

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, when I turned my truck on today, it was stuck in park, after wiggling the shifter and the steering wheel for a very long time, it came out of park. Now I no longer need to press the brake to shift, my instrument cluster has no function and no lights on except for the red light to the left of the temperature gauge, my windshield wipers will not come on, low beams stay on all the time, and high beams won’t come on

Wiggle or leaned on it like a 2 foot breaker bar?

Probably a failed brake switch. Do your brake lights turn on when you press the brake pedal?

it did take quite a bit of force, not a ridiculous amount though. Just a little yanking. And yes the brake lights come on

Look up "brake transmission shift interlock" and see if that sounds like the problem you are experiencing.
