I have an '04 1500 quad cab with the Off-Road Package. Will 33 X 12.50's fit without rubbing on this truck. Everything is stock. It came with 275/70R17 and 17"x8" wheels. This truck is a company vehicle and they are the ones buying the tires. I want a more aggressive tire but one with a good highway ride to it. I was considering Cooper Discover S/T, but I have never owned a set.

 

I think the biggest tire you can get on there is a 305 without any suspension changes.

 

33's will fit no problem. I just installed them on my 04 Quad cab 3 days ago.

 

No problem. The stock 20 inch rim/tire package that you see on most rams are 33. The 33x12.5 is not much different than what you have now (about 32.1 x 10.8).
