A/c control panel not working

I just replaced my ac control panel on my 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7L and I can only control the fan speed. I have it set to heat and it won't blow out hot air, I have the air going to my legs but it's still coming out on my chest. I need a fix asap before it freezes later this week. I have a video but I can't attach it.
