Transfer case vent tube

Does anyone know where the vent for the transfer case ends? I have a 2002 4.7L with a leak between the case halves that i have resealed twice. The case seemed smooth and not damaged so I'm thinking the vent may be plugged but i cant find where the vent tube ends to verify.

on the very top best way to describe it is right under the drivers right butt cheek.
