Default 2003 Quad Cab Heated Seats

The switch for my heated driver seat cracked and broke and I can't find a replacement. Even the part number doesn't seem to match my pin layout.

What part number are you using?
Suggestions:
- call dodge dealership and ask for part number and alternates. Have your VIN ready.
- Ebay and junk yards are excellent source for these types of items. Many of these items are no longer in production.
- Have you tried testing to make sure the problem is the switch? I think your 5 prongs are off, low, high, ground, light. Easy enough to check continuity once you have prong functions identified. You could figure it out through trial and error. It helps if you kept record of what color wires went to each prong.
- If you determine switch is bad, you could open it up and see if you can repair it. Nothing lost if you can't.

Are you sure have OEM seat heaters? Because upon further inspection those don't look like the factory switches, which is why you aren't finding what you need.

I agree with you Magnoom, I thought the factory switch was oval with rounded corners.
