Default 2005 Ram 1500 SLT AC not cold enough.

Just replaced the AC compressor and charged it correctly and replaced the condenser fan motor and my ax blows cooler than before but just not quite cold enough for Texas. I’m passed my expertise and just need some help figuring out what I can replace next to help keep getting this thing cooler and cooler. Should I replace the accumulator or would that be pointless??? Don’t want to throw money at pointless parts to replace. Thanks in advance.

Take it to an auto A/C shop. Something is wrong and it's better to get it properly diagnosed vs just throwing parts at it. My truck is from TX and the A/C had no problem with it, even with the massive greenhouse effect that is a 3rd gen Ram lol.

It's always a good idea to put a new receiver on when opening the system to atmosphere.

That being said, what was the purpose for replacing the compressor? Did you pull a vacuum on the system and verify no leaks? The vacuum also works to burn off any moisture containing air that can form ice inside the system.

And did you add oil to the new compressor or just Freon?
