What is this plug attached to front fender? What is supposed to be connected to it?

Where on the fender is that plug? Could be temp sensor, fog lamps, etc...

Zoomed in a little far, zooming out might give a little bit better context. Usually if it's by the driver's light on a 2003 or later 3rd gen it's the ambient temp sensor.

Looks like a fog lamp plug. Do you have fogs? If not, then that's why it's not plugged to anything.
