Hey guys. I'm a newbie and have a simple question. i am looking to get nerf bars for my silver Quad Cab. I do not have chrome rims, they are polished aluminum. I am curious whether to get Black or Chrome. I have pretty much set my mind on the oval tubes and the color is the decision. My rear and front bumpers are only chrome on the bottom half of those and i have black tinted windows.

So, after all of that explanation, which do you guys suggest and can i see some pics of what ya'll have on your trucks.

 

i think they would both look pretty sweet. i am not a big fan of chrome but if they have the black caps/steps on them, i think it would go better with the rest of your truck then the black.

Personally, I like the polished stainless, but if you can find black stainless, that would set a NICE contrast on the silver. Just try to get stainless, as they won't rust if you keep them clean.

 

I got the chrome. I'm not real big on bling, but IMO it added a little shine. I have the color matched grill and bumpers, so it needed some chrome.
