I am having and issue with my right blinker doing the “fast blink” and saying lamp out only when the headlights are on. I’ve checked the voltage in the tail light socket and blinker socket with the head lights on and I am not seeing anywhere that would show signs of a short between the 2. All sockets and bulbs have been replaced with factory replacements and I’m still having the issue. Any idea what it could be?

 

I had the same issue on my wife's Jeep at the same time her horn quit working. Found the body ground both components go to and 4 out of the 6 wire pressed into the ring connector fell off as I lifted it up.
