Default Manufacturer Defined-MID codes

Does anyone know or know where I can find a list or ANY INFORMATION on mode $06, Component ID, or MID codes?!?

There is info available on MID in general, but you will probably find nothing on Dodge/Chrysler codes. There is no catalog of this info for Dodge that I am aware of. As you've probably seen, these codes vary by manufacturer, so a catalog of Chevy codes would not apply to your truck.
A Dodge dealer would be able to read your MID and tell you exactly what the code is telling you. I know not a great option, but I think it will cost you thousands to get a reader with Dodge-specific codes and a reference to tell you what the code means.
