2005 dodge ram rear shock

Does anyone know how to fix this ? My driver side rear shock detached from the frame.

I'm glad I wasn't in the truck when you hit that bump. Looks like the upper mount failed and jammed between the frame and bed.
I rec take the truck to a muffler shop. They weld and fabricate and can fix you up.
