I have a 2008 6.7 Cummins motor that I’m putting in a super duty. The engine didn’t come with a computer so I bought a refurbished computer. Only problem is I don’t have a VIN to activate the computer. I tried to contact the guy I bought the motor from for a VIN but he never got back to me. I don’t see any reason why two computers having the same VIN would be a problem considering they’re not internet connected but if someone has a VIN for a 2008 Dodge Ram with a 6.7 Cummins they’d be willing to give me that would be absolutely stellar.

 

I think I got one and will take my post down Monday once I find out for sure
