Default 2008 5.7 Engine swap question

Hello everyone.
I recently purchased a 2008 1500 4x4. The engine makes a clacking noise on top end, but engine runs smooth. Issue is after 5 minutes if you Rev the engine in park it makes a loud low throaty noise like a blown exhaust manifold gasket is gone or like Y pipe is disconnected on passenger side. It makes the same noise when you don't Rev but put foot on brake and shift in gear. Scan tool shows O2 sensors on Bank 2 staying lean , 0.175mv.

I'm leaning towards lifters associated with MDS system. Also oil pressure using a pressure guage is 10 psi at idle, jumps to 45 psi when engine is revved.

But I look at cost of possibly rebuilding top end as opposed to a used engine with low mileage and used engine wins out cost wise.

The question, I see a lot of 2009 - 2013 engines less in the 2006 - 2008. What would be involved in swapping out with an engine from 2009? I figure wiring harness, fuse box and ECU are a given. Is there anything else I should be looking at that would make this work or have me drop the whole 2009+ idea all together?
