Default Stalling in high ambiant temps

Hi y'all, hoping to get some insight into this issue as it's plagued me for 2 summers now. I have a 06 2500 5.7 short bed. When it's above about 80°f outside it likes to stall. I can fire it up after a bit but will stall again. In cold weather it runs like a champ. Things that have been done to it. I had an evap leak about 3 years ago so I changed the charcoal canister, purge valve, and leak detection pump. Tank was cracked so got a used and fixed evap codes. This was pre issue. Since the problem I've done manifold intake gasket, IAT. I'm doing injectors tomorrow but am leaning towards a fuel pump. 3 shops have seen it and with no codes they have no idea. At least they were respectable and didn't throw parts. It's air or fuel for sure
