Default 2007 RAM 2500 5.7L HEMI: Bad PCM/WCM? No Start No Crank / Will not program new keys

I was trying to diagnose a parasitic drain that was killing my battery every two days. We found some broken wires in the boots in the rear doors. Rear door lock on one door and speakers weren’t working. We fixed those and power was restored.

I had heard the drain could also be caused by a faulty cluster so I pulled that out to visually inspect it and when I put it back together none of the gauges worked. Ended up having to buy a new cluster.

When it was all said and done my car would no longer start or crank. Thinking something was wrong with the keys I had the bright idea of wiping the keys out and trying to reprogram them and now I just have no keys and all attempts to reprogram them fail.

This leads me to believe I have a bad PCM/WCM/SKREEM module?

I have read people have just pulled the IOD fuse for a bit and gotten it to work but that doesn’t work for me.

I’m not sure what the next steps of troubleshooting are. Trying to avoid having it towed to the dealer for thousands of dollars
