Default Oily substance drivers side wheel well
This appeared on Saturday morning and I have no clue what it could be. It looks like oil but it’s not. Any help or advise welcomed!

Try dabbing up a paper towel on it to see what color it is and such. It shouldn't be a concern unless you can visibly see something leaking in the engine bay.
