I just wanted to update this thread since it’s been a while. So I believe I solved the issues by replace all 4 o2 sensors. It runs better and has better gas mileage. No more misfires and flashing check engine light on start up. I still don’t get compression test done because I still think of doing a swap for a 4.7 or 5.7. This 3.7 is just too underpowered for me. Anyway if anyone is having any issues like I was then maybe try changing o2 sensors. All 4 mine were dirty and burnt.
