wondering where i can get some performance parts for the 4.7 cant seem too find much any help is greatly appreciated

 

Unfortunately these days there isn't much, never really was much so the used market is small. Intake and cams from an 05+ motor might give you a little boost, but not really worth the effort unless you're doing timing chains or something anyway. Custom tuning from a tuner is about it.

You definitely picked the wrong engine to modify unless you like creating custom parts. You can use the heads and cams from the newer 08-12 engines.

 

yea i plan on engine swapping with a 5.7 but figured i might toy are with the 4.7 also you know anyplace too get headers/ exhaust system for the 4.7 2002?

 

08+ cams and intake, throttle body, headers and exhaust , efan conversion, obviously a cold air intake.rear end geared to .392 ,sonnax trans booster and a tuner is what I got done so far. If you really want to get into it then airram.com has things like heads and ect.
