Default 5.7 swap

would a hemi out of a charger or callanger fit in a 02 ram or would it need too be one out of a ram?

I think it would not be a direct fit due to the Charger and Challenger being newer with some changes.

Fit, as in could you physically bolt one in the engine bay? Yes. That's where the fun stops.

Just sell the truck and get a factory 5.7, 2005 year, and be done with it.

Wiring.
Computer modules, especially depending on what engine family you were trying to use; pre-VVT & pre-MDS engines (pre-eagle 5.7 & 6.1) only were ever used in pre-CAN 3rd gen Rams and would be the only type you could adapt without a standalone control system. As it is you would have to attempt to adapt/integrate an 03-05 ECM/TCM or PCM setup to a year where it wasn't even an option yet anyway.
The ability to program the above to work properly.
Accessory drive.
Transmission.

If you are asking general (and not specific) questions here, you likely do not possess the skill or wallet to make this happen.
