Cool Spark plug tube leaking coolant

08 Ram 1500, 4.7L. I went to track down a small coolant leak in spark plug tube on #5 cylinder. Tried to remove plug but, there is buildup on unknown substance preventing plug socket from fitting over plug. Took a small screwdriver to clean out the gunk. Now there's a massive coolant leak into the tube. I assume the screwdriver poked a hole thru the tube, and into coolant system. Are these tubes that thin and are they replaceable?? Seems there would be a replacement/repair but, internet searches have found nothing for the 4.7L. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
