So I bought a 2008 dodge ram 1500 4.7 4x4 (16 valve) I had some one do a motor and transmission swap so with that being said I bought a motor and transmission out of a 2006 dodge ram 1500 4.7 (8 valve) and had it all put in got the wiring harness and computer out of the 06 and went to start it nothing happened so I swapped the computer and wiring harness from the 08 motor and put it on 06 motor but it is running but has no power to take off like it's stuck in 2 or 3rd gear but work that being said its throwing multiple miss fires and and had no power to hardly move truck and won't shift going down road runs about 2500 rpm and check engine light will flash then there's a lighting bolt on as well.

Could any one help me with this issue?

Put the wrong engine in lol. 2008 4.7 is very different than the previous year versions.
