Default Slippage at 40mph

Hey everyone. Had a transmission rebuild recently that I'm suspicious of having an issue. 02 ram 1500 with 46re tranny. Truck lopes, as in SLIPS at least as it appears to me, at around 40mph (70-75kmh) I'm in Canada. It's not easy to replicate. Has to be right around that speed, with a slight load, on the pedal or a slight hill. And only with the overdrive on. I'm not knowledgeable to really know if it's in 4th or lockup. But it seems to present as slipping in high gear, under load. Any takers? Bands not tight enough? Thanks everyone. Hey you is awesome, and I hear there's a master tech for transmissions on here?

Would sound like an overdrive issue. Fluid level is correct? I think over drive is a clutch pack, not a band like 1-3 gears. Possibly governor pressure?

Ah OK I see. that makes sense. I think it's a clutch pack.
