My trans is driving me nuts but I’m almost done rebuilding my 48re 4x4 trans I’m stuck on the over drive housing on the first set of clutches when putting it back together in the ATS book it showes the first plate as a reseated plat but it says that it’s for the diesel model and witch it I have but the plate that came out of it is solid not resessed the solid plate is for the gas model am I wrong or what and when I say plate I meet the pressure plate but if I get the plate machined down I gotta add another friction plate and steal plate can someone help please
