What's the best chip/programmer for HP/T increase (& rev. limit/top speed) for a 2005 Ram HEMI...I have aftermarket exhaust and intake, if that matters?...thanks for the help beforehand : ) (possibly between $300 and $500.)

Well at least one person answered the question...and I put S/C in the title because i'm a complete douche bag i guess...I still don't know all of y'alls abrevs....anyway, yea I put S/C for super chip...thanks for letting me know S/C was for supercharger...I'm still not "keeping it real." Thanks guy.
