Default How to catch a thief?!?!

Just leave a phone in your truck. When the idiot calls his mom, look up the call log, give to police.....wingbangboom BUSTED!

The cops actually called the numbers in the call log and his mom told them she had thought he stopped stealing cars. But she wondered where the new rims and XM Adapter came from.

Seriously if you are naive and don't know how easy your truck is to steal....check out my pics. Gone in 60 seconds!

At least you get the satisfaction of the moron that stole your truck got cought. Me, I would never want a car back after it has been stolen, but thats just me. Your last picture kind of reminded me of the other day. I went driving by my local Dodge dealer and there were four trucks sitting on their lot on blocks. Someone had stolen the 20's off of four trucks on the lot, right out by the main road. Note to all you with 20's, get wheel locks!!

Another reason to have SKIM. With SKIM then the only way your vehilce will be stolen is if you loose your keys, some moron finds them, and has a good idea where you parked your truck. Oh, and that happened to my roommate. Lost his keys at a nightclub, someone found them, and drove the parking lot using the panic button on his RKE transmitter to find out which Dodge they were going to drive home in.

What the heck is SKIM? Forgive my ignorance if this is something most Ram owners know, but I have never heard of this.

So then whats the point of these "microchip"s in the keys, if its still that easy to steal?

Yeah, what about the whole Sentry-Key thing... If the trucks can still be so easily stolen, even without the computer chip in the key... That's kind of stupid.
