Default 04 ram and Ford bolt patter on rims

Is it true that ford and dodge have the same bolt pattern. I know someone selling a really nice set of 22" rims cheap off of a Expedition and wondered if they would fit a ram? I would like to buy them but don't have the money right now. If they do fit....anyone in the phila area interested?

Now back in the day the 5 bolt pattern where. But Ford did change there bolt patern in like '93 or something. I don't know if Dodge did the same.

The Mustang wheels I have on my '70 will fit on my '67 Dodge 1/2 ton truck. I have some drag slicks that fit a Ford. Put em on my old dodge truck for the fun of it! LOL

Ford and dodge haven't had the same bolt pattern for years. Ford went to 5x135mm in 97 and then to a 6 lug in 04. So the answer to your question is no they won't fit.
