Default Exhaust Cutouts?

Does anyone have exhaust cutouts on their Hemi? Does it help much performance wise?

You won't be able to feel the HP gain in the pedal. But it will be louder.

From what I hear from all the people to claim 'losing low end power' with a free'r flowing exhaust. So I would assume that a cut out would be worse yet. But I wonder how it would sound? hehehe.

Cut outs will not gain HP of any kind, all you will do is tamper with back pressure and hurt what performance you already have.
