Default Blocks or springs for 2" lift

I want to raise my 04 1500 4x4 QC a bit, and saw a few kits on ebay. Most have blocks for the rear, the other has an extra leaf spring. The ad with the spring says it wont effect ride, whereas blocks will. Opinions needed. Thanks!

1/2" blocks are ok. 2" blocks are bad. Will cause spring warpage and premature wear plus they could slip off the perch. Go ahead and invest in a good kit.

I agree, get the springs. I was looking at the same kit on ebay. Now I'm just shopping around for some nice shocks, cause after cranking the torsion bars a bit, the shocks don't feel like they are longer enough. With a bigger lift, I know it will be worse.
