Did anyone ever find out what that vibration is from? I have a 06 2500 Hemi and get a 1 second vibration at 1200RPM. I have been underneath and can't find a darn thing. I am waiting for a day off from work to take it in. I have sent emails to Dodge and various dealerships but have not heard anything in return. Let me know if anyone finds out what it is. Thanks.

Sry to say but theres no way that you feel you mds kickin in at low speeds becuase it wont kick in under 60 unless ur on a long long long road with a 45 mph it may kick in but to my knowlege mds was made for highway driving only, so above 60-65 is when it kicks in and it is completly transparent.
From the Dodge website... "The advanced Multiple Displacement System (MDS) uses electronics to switch from eight cylinders to four during cruising and light acceleration..."

I can feel it switch over, and it not just a downshift. I find this system quite annoying, and for the extra 1mpg, I dont think it's worth it. Just my .02

If it starts getting worse take it in.

Anyone else have the driveshaft problem?

I have a vibration that I thought was a Goodyear problem. I have went to the dealer and to Goodyear with no results... Tires are in spec.[:'(]

Thanks,
Jon

I just got mine today and I have a very slight vibe at 60 mph. Any speed higher or lower...no vibes. I only have 80 miles on it now so I'll give it a bit before I take her back in.

ok dude seriously, there is no possible way you can feel the MDS kicking in. you're imagining it in your head or something. if you had any idea of how the MDS worked and read about it you would know that you cant feel it kick in. seriously, get the hell off what ever the hell your smoking and learn bout it before you critize the operation of it.
