Default Tonau Cover

What do you think I can get for a hard, folding OEM Dodge Toneau Cover? Their retail 735 USD + Install kit. The only thing, is the lock on it doesnt work [it hasnt since I got it, Im pretty sure it got frozen in the winter, and something broke in it.. but their not that expensive]. I'm thinking I may sell it, because I am really in need of a aluminum tool box in the back of my truck, but it wont work w/ the Toneau.

yea, i have the extang tool box tonno. i had to order it from a shop near by because they need specific measurments. so far, its really nice. i love how if i need to haul something big, i just roll it up and dont have take the whole thing off. the only problem is when it snowed a foot and a half, the center kinda streched but then it went back after i got the snow off. also i like how they have a feature were if the weather gets cold, you just flip the fasteners and you dont have to "pull" as much to get it on! hope that helped!

Well mine's not a solid 1 peice one, which is good in that respect I can flip it up and it clips up at the front so the bed is open, I'm just thinking it's going to be more of a pain in the *** to keep folding up the toneau lol..

For another option, TruXedo makes a nice cover and toolbox combo. About the only downside to this is the box is only 11" deep, although 18" wide. If that works for you, I tend to think its the best option on the market. So much so in fact, that I'm about to buy one. A friend of mine has it, and I love it. It's low profile, all the same hight the whole way across your bed. For about $700, it's also a pretty good buy. The rails are built into the cover, meaning when you roll it up (takes about 20 seconds) the rails roll up with the cover giving you full access to your bed. Check it out -> http://truxedo.com/plus/truxedoplus.html
