Default Radio Steering Wheel Controls
Can radio steering wheel controls be installed. I have a 2003 Dodge Ram Quad with factory cd player.

It should be able to. I have an 04 with steering controls for the factory radio.

I found some info on a Grand Cherokee with parts and insturctions, but not sure if it will work for the Ram.
