Chrome door handle
I order some chrome door handles for the Ram but one of them had a scratch on it... bummer... replacement on the way. In the mean time, here is a pic of the comparison of the original black plastic vs. the new chrome handle. What do ya'll think?
Oh, by the way, if you haven't done it, let me tell you that the Rams' door panels are by far the easiest panels to take off of any vehicle I have ever tried...

Personally, I like black better because it matches my mudflaps and grille guard. But I think your chrome handles look nice. It's a good match with the chrome "Ram 1500" on the door.
This is probably a stupid question but are those the actual door handles or the adhesive stick-ons. I got the stick on handles and they looks nice, and once those break off or are not good anyone, then ill upgrade to the actualy Chrome Handles. If you did get the actual handles, where did you get them and for how much? Thanks alot!

Yeah... they are the full handle replacements, not the adhesive stick on types. Install is really easy. Got them thru Autoanything.com when they had a 10% off sale for around $175 for the whole set of four. Also got the matching tailgate chrome replacement handle for about $52 from the same place. I usually check Autoanything.com when I go to order something... they usually have low prices plus free shipping!
They feel solid... but not quite as tight as the originals. They are a little looser than stock but not enough to overcome the look... I think they look better than the stock black plastic. Gonna try it for a while... will still have the originals to swap out with in the future if the mood strikes me... very easy swap.
If anyone out there decides to try this mod, let me know... I figured out a few tricks to make the swap easier... like slightly bending the operating rod to keep the new handles as tight as possible.
