Default uh oh...

Hey all, hope you can help. I think I have a problem. Once (that I noticed) yesterday and again today, I started the hemi to a nice puff of white smoke. Didn't notice any blue hue, but it's not cold enough down here to have any steam or the like from the exhaust. Hope its not a seal or something major. Just changed the oil saturday, wasn't low or anything. I did run conventional this time due to a fat-*** closing on my new house if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance yall

If it persists definitely check the gasket for leaks or take it to the dealer.

Quick update and another question.

Hasn't smoked on startup again, but checked the oil level, and is actually about
a half inch or so high!? Could that cause a smoking problem?

drain a little bit of oil from the pan and make sure there's no antifreeze in it. If there is, get to your dealer soon. Could be a blown head gasket. If there is A/F in the oil, and it continues to fill, and you continue to drive it, the oil pickup will suck up the A/F and seize the engine
