My girlfriend has a 2005 Ram. When she starts driving around 10mph the door locks activate. Is there any way to turn this example of pure stupidity off and allow us the option of locking the doors when we choose?[:@]

 

Don't know if the 05s are like this, but my 03 can turn it off through the overhead console computer thing-a-ma-jig.

 

i know the book for my dakota had a way to do it. i'd look in your owner's manual.

 

Look in your owners manual. You can shut off chimes , Auto door locks and seat belt reminders. Also the annoying Horn chirp when you use the keyless door lock remote. It will give you a wierd instruction like turn the key on and hit the door lock 3 times within 5 seconds.
