Default red line?

general question.... and i'm asking here because i have a 6 also. on a tach that has no red line marked out where does it usually fall? (<edited in>just read my first question and realized the stupidity of it seeing as every engine is different) more importantly does any one know where it would be on a stock 3.7 '03? no i am not racing, i just would like to know for those "oh crap that 18 wheeler is going faster than i thought" moments?

same thing here. I dont have a v6,I just came in here and noticed that he was asking something i would like to know too. Igot 4.7l but IT seems like it shifts at like 6300-6500rpms. It's nothing we automatic drivers can control but it is scary when chrysler didn't put the redline there. I am just WAY too paranoid about blowing the engine. Mine is 4 months old with 1980 miles but just because it's new doesn't mean nothing can happen.[]

Oh well I have a 6 spd Manual... I don't know my redline, so maybe I should play it safe at 6
Unless you guys think elsewise?
