I am looking to put dual exhaust on my 04 ram. I saw another ram with dual pipes going out the corner of the bumper wich i think looked good. any suggestions? and any idea on cost?

You could go cheap and replace one of the mufflers with some straight tubing which would be pretty cheap. Or you could replace all of your tubing to a larger diameter and keep both mufflers. If you go with a true catback kit you're looking at a price between $300 and $900 depending on the kit that you get and how much work you're willing to put into it. There are a few threads where you can see what other people have done with theirs, a few have pictures and some of them have movies.

I had the same thing done that you are considering. I had Master Muffler do my using mandrel pipe bends and had a Dynoflow dual outlet muffler installed with 3" stainless tips all for $400. I like the looks and sound. It has a bit of resonanse around town, but I like it and have had others ask about it. Pretty quiet on the freeway though.
PS
I tried to upload a picture of the tail end of the truck showing you, but the picture was to large to upload. Not too computer savy, but if I can figure out how to send a picture I will.
