I clashed mirrors with a van and totally wreaked my mirror, managed to source a new one here in UK,
I need some advice on how to fit it (complete mirror assembly) before i start scratching my trim tryin to get the door card off

It's it's anything like my old dodge, you sh ould be able to pull back the plastic molding on the INSIDE of the door, the little triangle piece, it should just be help in place with a few plastic clips... Pull that back, and it should reveal 3 bolts you have to unscrew from the inside, which will release the mirror on the outisde. I can't say this for sure, but it seems unlikely they would change much over the years... Just go outside and have a look bro.

 

theres a single screw on the triangle piece ive undone this but it is fixed to the door casing,
just wondered if there are screws behind the silver plastic trim holding door casingon, if so whats the best way to remove it?
