Flowmaster 40?

Flowmaster 40?
Anyone ever put a FLowmaster 40, Single In Single Out on a hemi? Im good at welding, so I'd just take the muffler out, put the flowmaster in place, run 2.5 inch to the back pipe, then cut out the resonator and replace that with 2.5 inch pipe. I was just wondering if it sounds good.

I have a Flo 40 on my truck, hemi 04, Quad...see pic... and installed 3" side out dual tip stainless pipes....Sounds great, much louder than others I have heard....has a rumble that is very distinctive.....
But, ya gotta love loud things, LOL...........GUIDO

spend the xtra 110 and get the dual, you'll be much happier espically when u pull up next to the guy that has the 1/1

Loudest would be dropping the muffler and putting in a straight pipe... :P
