Default 4.7L vs 4.7L H/O

What is the difference between the 4.7L engine and the 4.7L H/O engine?
Is the H/O version available STOCK?
Is it possible to "upgrade" or "convert" a regular 4.7L to a H/O version?
_____If it is, how much would it cost, what would it change, and would it void any warrenties?
I see some people with a 4.7L H/O on their sig and im not quite sure what is considered a H/O besides it being a "higher output"...

Thanks,
-David

The guys in the Dakota Room have info on it. They have posts on a HO 4.7 special edition Dakota.

The H.O has forged internals, bigger throttle body, cams, heads, and intake. There are probably some other differences that I am not aware of. For some reason it was only available on Jeeps, now it is being put in Dakotas, I havn't heard of a Ram application. Heads, cams, and intakes are interchangeable, but I am afraid it would void your warranty.

Thank you, ive just seen some people (such as AIRRAM) stating they have a 4.7L H/O and i was wondering if you can purchase them that way OR he just did the mods that would be the same as if he had the H/O...

Thanks again,
-David
