I made the jump today. I ordered a 2006 1500 QC SLT Hemi, 4x4, White with tan interior, Big Horn Edition, Chrome Clad 20's. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats....The wait is going to seem like a eternity. The new rig will be worth the wait. If your anything like I was, you will read the 06 Dodge Ram sales book 5 times cover to cover and learn every option,fact, and spec. Dont forget to read the accessory book as well. The new wind/bug deflector is a slick design.

 

I don't have an 06 but I have the 06 brochure right next to my "official reading seat" and have read it front to back many, many times.

 

I am one of those informed truck guys that has to know all the facts and specs on all the Ram models, and the competition, so I can explain why the RAM is better. But all I usually have to say is "HEMI".

 

Is the Big Horn Edition where you have all electric seats on the drivers side and other special options? If so, we call that the Lone Star Edition and its awesome, i have that on my '03. Anyone in here that likes racing stories, look on the third page of the Ram vs Titan thread to read about me burning a Titan from a roll when my truck is stock.
