Tech ST and ATR

Does anyone know the difference between the Cooper ATR and the Avon Tech ST. They both are made by Cooper and have very similar tread pattern. The ATR is a AT tire and the Tech is a Sport Truck All season- But the tread pattern is the same? What is the differnce? Does anyone have experience with one or both?
