I think it lets us see into the possibilities for the next generation Ram. While the hooks will be implemented into the 2007 model, in 2008 the Durango will get a hybrid 5.7L Hemi, with Dodge promising a 25% increase in fuel economy. A 4.7L FFV option will be available, also.

Somehow, I doubt this setup will ever see the light of day in the Ram (the Hemi hybrid), but GM doesn't seem to have a problem going with a hybrid truck configuration. Maybe I'm wrong.

On the visual front, I think it looks like the upcoming Chrysler Aspen with a Dodge Caliber front grill.

 

i still dont like it, i dont like the current Durango. The previous body style was very nice but they have been screwing it up since. I think that they should put a face on it much like that of the 03 rams. I may look a little behind, but i dont like the new rams too much.

 

If they come out with a hybrid hemi... DAMMMMM, ill definatly preorder that biatch! by then itll be pushing close to 375 horses AND 30MPG YEA YEA! lol (might be exaggerating a lil, but can you blame me for dreaming?)
