I threw on an Airaid CAI. Probably the same results. Regardless, it's well worth the money (even though I only spent $100, thanks greyhemi, I owe you one!)If you have an exhaust system, the CAI will make it sound 100% better.

 

I have the same truck and was thinking about adding a cold air intake. Any suggestions?

 

This was my first one...installation was fairly easy, with step-by-step instructions. Took me about an hour.

 

Have the same K&N intake kit on my truck, just put on a flowmaster 40 series this weekend, makes it sound even better. You'll notice a slight increase in mileage as well. I went from 16.7 on average over highway to 19.8. If you're going with the wind can even get it to get 21 mpg. lol

With the exhaust install you'll love sound every single time you turn the key on. Sounds great.
